LPA and Director observed there aLysol disinfectant spral on the top shelf of a moveable cart, directly next to three infant bottles, that were without lids and had remaining milk, not preventing contamination. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Accessible to infant aged children on the playground, was a pretend kitchen, with an attached cunveyor belt that is not developmentally appropriate for infants in care. Futhermore, there was another toy kitchen that was broken and had an accessible sharpp broken edge. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
