Director will have all staff sign and date LIC613A Personal Rights and state that they have read and understand the personal rights of the children in care. Director will send all signed forms to LPA Pringle by POC date. Through interview it was found that a staff member was yelling at children and using a harsh tone when speaking to them which is a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of the children in care.
