101223 Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (3)To be free from corporal or unusual punishment. This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Licensee agreed to provide staff training on personal rights of children and submit a training sign in sheet no later than 02/08/2022. Based on observation, facility staff failed to accord Child 1 personal rights as Staff 1 tugged on Child 1's arm, which poses an immediate Health and Safety Risk to children in care. 8
