Director will ensure that all remaining required documents are obtained. Director will also implement a written plan detailing how the facility will ensure that all required personnel records will be maintained for all staff at all times. Director will email the missing personnel documents and the written plan During record review, LPA Uribe observed that some personnel records had required documents that were either incomplete or not readily available for review which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights to children in care. 8 to LPA Uribe at christina.uribe@dss.ca.gov no later than the due date of 12/22/2025.
