On 3/21/24, at approximately 12:28PM, LPA observed 2 children in the bathroom while staff supervised 10 napping children in the classroom. LPA observed 7 napping children in class room 2, unsupervised, while staff walked over to the ktichen area. (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. 1 Director agrees to remove all screws from back wall of classroom 2 and submit pictures to LPA by 3/29/2024 This requierment was not being met as by: Classroom 2 was observed 4 large screws protruding from the wall near two children’s crib. Cribs are not currently being used by children. LPA observed 7 children napping in cots in the same classroom. 8
