; LPA observation of 12 children and one staff not wearing masks as required as well as the licensee allowing parents to have the option of children wearing or not wearing masks. 8 During today's inspection the licensee provided a written Plan of Correction of text message sent to all parents/guardians of children in care. Text message states the facilities requirement for children to wear masks. A copy of the text sent was also provided. Licensee removed the sign off the front door.
