LPA observed Fire drill was last conducted on 9/11/24. Facility representative stated that the drill was done but not recorded.

LPA observed one staff members mandated reporter certificate expired on 6/17/24, and one staff member did not have mandated reporter certificate in file.

through record review and observation, the facility was operating with two unqualified staff with sixteen (16) children. 1 Licensee will watch the video: Teacher-to-Child Ratios in Child Care Centers on Licensing’s website at www.ccld.ca.gov, and submit a planof correction to LPA Pringle indicating how she will maintain the correct teacher to child ratio by POC date.
