Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Action Level Exceedance level for B (Room 1) & C (Room 2) sinks. Mrs. Weber stated that these sinks were never used for drinking and are mainly used for handwashing only. This posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. Mrs. Weber shall submit a written statement no later than 1/11/2023 indicating that both water resources (Sink B & C) were turned off permanently.
