Teacher-Child Ratio.(a) There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance, except as specified in (b) and (c) below. This requirement was not met: 1 Per Director, They have over staff with the staff agency. Every room should have a minimum of 2 teachers because of the extra staff. Revise our staff schedule to support high transitions times. The director will provide a writtten statement with the new procedures. Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, the facility was out of ratio on 6/30/25 and 7/1/25. This poses an immediate risk to the safety and health of the children in care. 8
