POC cleared at time of visit. and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met evidenced by interviews and records review. C1 was left unattended for approximately 2 minutes at pickup time which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care. 8
