… 1 Director is currently having maintenance address temperature issue for joint classroom 102/105. Director will use children safe space heater to make rooms as comfortable as possible and provide proof to LPA of correction by 9/29/23 via email Annette.Sutherland@dss.ca.gov Based upon facility interviews with multiple parties, the licensee did not provide a comfortable room temperature for children in rooms 102/105. Classrooms 102/105 fall below regulatory 68 degrees temperature at certain times of the day which poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
Based on observation the YMCA pool is indirectly accessible from the preschool through a set of double doors into the main facility that are not alarmed which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
