(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb... shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement is not me at evidenced by 1 Point- of use- filter was installed on faucet mentioned above- faucet has not been retested. Per Director they will permanently remove Water Fountain. Facility will follow up with pictures showing that Water Fountain has been permanetly removed. Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as Water Fountain B tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 6.900 ppb. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
