This evidence was not met as evidence by... 1 Director stated, they have completed supervision training for all staff, going over how to properly do names to faces and ensuring all children are present during transitioning. Based on confidential interviews,S1 failed to meet supervision requirements, resulting in leaving C1 unatteneded in the restroom for two minutes. 8

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Buildings and Grounds - (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement was not met as evidenced the facility having no running water on 02/06/23 (Monday). Children and staff were provided bottled water, however, the 1 Maintenance workers repaired the broken water pipe and running water was restored about an hour and a half after opening on 02/06/23. toilets were not able to be flushed after use and they had to use hand sanitzier to wash their hands. This was caused by a broken water pipe. There was no running water for about 1 1/2 hours. 8
