(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. 1 Licensee will conduct a staff meeting discussing good and bad touches, keeping vigilant, reporting requirements, and positioning to maxiamize supervision when outdoors. Licensee will be revising disaplinary steps on parent hand book to include inappropriate behavior/touches. This requirement was not meant as evidence by Staff self-admission that on multiple occasions children in care participated in inappropriate touching. 8
