Based on interviews conducted, it was revealed that S2 abruptly placed the infant on the Boppy while S4 recorded the interaction of S2 with the iPad and provided no support and intervention to S2. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Principal, Tammy Wells will email the signed statements to LPA Nguyen.
