The Licensee will provide proof by letter or email from parents stating they are aware the children can longer attend or be dropped off at the facility and The Licensee will send in corrected LIc 200A Today 1/6/26 the center had a six year old child present at the center, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 to correct the age limit verbage on the license. The center will need corrected handbook or any correspondence that mentions the 2-5 years old.

The director will be present at the center until a a substitue director is apponinted. Teacher Nancy Arrelano will send in the diretcors packet to the department by POC date. During todays visit the director was not present as required, the director was out of the country and due to return on 1/23/26, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
