101439.1(b)(1) Mattresses shall be firm and covered with a fitted sheet that is appropriate to the mattress size, fits tightly on the mattress, and overlaps the underside of the mattress so it cannot be dislodged. This was not met as evidence by: 1 Licensee stated she will submit photo documentation of tight fitting sheets on mattresses in the cribs in the infant room to LPA Gaumann via email: jessica.gaumann@dss.ca.gov by 10/07/26 Based on observation, 2 infant children (C2 and C3) were sleeping on sheets that were loose and not tight fitting on the mattresses in the cribs, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
