LPM's observation of staff member M. Walker caring for children. The director confirmed that she began working at the center on 8/8/22. LPM checked and found that M. Walker does not have a criminal record clearance. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 An immediate $400 civil penalty is assessed today and $100 per day will be assessed until corrected. Subsequent violations are $1000 immediate civil penalty and $100 per day will be assessed until corrected.
