Based on observation, interview. and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed one child C2 does not have written instructions on file, for when staff should administer Epinephrime 0.15 auto-injection to C2. S1 stated that there are no instructions when to give the medication on file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Principal's statement that report was not filed until 11/15/21 because she did not suspect any abuse. This poses a potential risk to children.
