Based on observation Teacher did not ensure disinfectants were inaccessible to children/ LPA observed Rubbing alcohol spray bottle in the hand of a child. This poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to children in care.
LPAs observations and statements by child, staff, and owner. LPA observe 1 Fixed during inspection. Children returned to their classroom. older children in Room 7. Child stated they were 7 years old. Staff and Owner stated that there is a private school on the premisis where 3 children belong to but was placed in preschool today, due to low enrollment. This is a immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
Based on interviews, Staff 1 has been witnessed to tell children they will put tape over their mouths for excessive talking. This poses a potential threat to the personal rights of children in care.
