Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as cleaning solutions (Swiffer wet jet with canister of cleaning solution & long handled carpet brush with canister of cleaning solution) installed into the handles of cleaning equipment and stored in an area accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Additionally, two child locks are worn and need to be replaced.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as one napping cot was observed to be arranged in preparation for nap time in a way that it directly blocked an exit door which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
