101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. 1 New Proposed Director, Lyndy Moore has conducted a 1 on 1 direct supervision training with primary staff and new hires. Name to face checks need to be in teacher's presence at all times. The former director was replaced as of 05/22/23. Based on staff interviews and statements, it was revealed that Child (C1) was left unattended without supervision in Director's office while director was in lobby. And on 041323 children were unescorted through hallway. No supervision was provided.
