Based on interviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. One child was not under adult supervision in a classroom during the transition time which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Training will discuss tracking forms and sign off procedures between shifts. Director will submit a written plan and signed meeting notes by plan of correction date.
