THE FACILITY HAS ALSO ENLISTED HELP FROM AN OUTSIDE AGENCY TO ASSESS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL HELP FOR THE CHILD. LICENSEE WILL SUBMIT THE WRITTEN PLAN TO COMMUNITY CARE LICENSING BY 4/27/23 WHEN STAFF DID NOT PREVENT A CHILD FROM ENGAGING INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WHEN THE CHILD WAS ABLE TO THROW TOYS AT AND HIT STAFF AND CHILDREN IN CARE
