These items included: "Microban sanitizing spray", "Cleaning Vinegar", "Kamar Varnish", "Shave Gel", "Disinfecting Laundry Bleach' and "Caldesene Medicated Protecting Powder". These items were not observed behind a lock, as stated in Title 22 Regulations. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
