… 1 Director stated she will post a reminder sign to parents on the exit door to remember to sign in and out. Director will check the sign in/out sheets daily at lunch time and reach out to parents to correct any errors. Director stated she will provide a sampling of 10 attendance sheets to LPA Lane via e-mail: Keturah.Lane@dss.ca.gov by 11/17/22. Based upon record review, Licensee did not ensure that parents are signing in/out times or using full signatures on the sign in/out sheets on more than 25% of the attendance sheets which is a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
