Site Supervisior agrees to provide the department with the written plan on the children head count during transitions. The plan will also include On 03/27/24, C1 was left in the outdoor play area unsupervised resulting in an absence of supervision for at 5 minutes at 11:55am which poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 training for all staff as well as roving staff who are providing coverage at the site. This will clear the deficiency.
