a preschool child who was left in the calassroom with no adult supervision during transition time for indoor play in the gym. This is an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care. A staff training is scheduled for July 30, 2026 that will discuss supervision. The director agreed to email LPA L. Habtom a meeting agenda and the sign in sheet to clear the deficiency.
