The facility will be permanently closing on 6/30/2026. Director and facility staff must submit a statement to LPA Pringle stating what they will be doing different when speaking to children to ensure children's personal rights are upheld. through interview it was found facility staff have been speaking to children in ways that have made children scared and embarrased which poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care 8 Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
