This requirement was not met as evidence: 1 Correct Immediately. Licensee shall submit a written plan of correction to Licensing by 11/23/2021 This requirement was not met and evidenced by interviews with Director, staff and review of records which revealed child #1 did not have a LIC9227 Sleeping Plan in file. This poses a potential risk to the Health and Safety of Children in care. 8

This requirement was not met and evidenced by LPA observed two additional infants napping in the napping room, with the door closed.
