Based on the self reported incident, CCC failed to report upon having knowledge of Staff 1 reporting for work while intoxicated. Program Director was notified 10/10/22 and reported it to CCL not until 11/4/2022. Director stated, CCC did an internal investigation prior to reporting. This poses a potential risk to health and safety of childen in care.
