All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed facility: Request a transfer of a criminal record clearance as specified in Section 101170(f) or 1 classroom. Director understands that all staff working with children must have a Criminal Record Clearance and be associated to the facility prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed facility. Based on the record review & observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an immediate Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the facility tour the LPA observed S1 and S2 providing Care & Supervision to infant children. 8 Documents reviewed shows S1 & S2 have a Criminal Record Clearance. However, S1 & S2 were not associated to the facility. Director associated S1 & S2 during the inspection. Director agrees to submit a written statement of understanding to the Department by

(d) Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the child care center of any of the events specified in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next working day and during its normal business hours...
