Lead in drinking water §101700.3(b)(1)

Lead water testing samples taken on 06/05/2023 revealed that levels of lead 1 Lead Teacher/Director will take required actions to correct the violation. During inspection both outlets were covered and taped with signage posted. were beyond the allowable amount deemed by the State of California. This is a type B violation which poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to persons in care. 8 Director stated she will submit second testing to LPA by POC date of 08/30/2023 are before and outlets will not be used for any reason.
