Based on evidence gathered, observation and interviews, it was revealed that a staff member at the CCC did violate a child’s personal rights when pinching the ear of a child in care.
Based on records review and speaking with the Site Supervisor, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that S1 was not associated and had not been associated to the facility prior to working at the facility, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
