LPA Uribe observed rodent droppings and deceased insects inside of storage tubs inside of the classroom. Additionally, evidence was obtained that the facility has an intermittent issue with keeping the facility free of pests. 8 rodents, and a plan of action to ensure that preventative measures are regularly taken to keep the facility free of pests and rodents. Director will email these written plan of actions to LPA Uribe at christina.uribe@dss.ca.gov no later than the due date of 07/18/2025.
