This requirement was not met as evidenced by the Licensee stating that an aide was supervising a room of four infants alone.

LPAs observations on 2/15/22 and again on 3/17/22 along with Interviews corroborate this evidence. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. Director states she has interviews scheduled to hire additional teachers. To correct the deficiency Director shall submit a written schedule of staff coverage for the infants and toddlers. This shall be sent to LPA by 3/18/22.
