(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Director agrees to conducte a staff meeting held at the beginning of the month, June 3, 2026 with all staff to ensure that infants are being handled properly with both hands at all times and with caution. DIrector will hten privide proof of ocmpletion to LPA via email with any supporting documents. Based on observation and interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that Staff did not ensure child was held in a safe manner, which poses a potential health, safety or personal risk to children in care.

This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Assistant Director agrees to conduct training with staff regarding childrens personal rights, watch childrens persoanl rights video with staff and provide LPA with summaries of video from staff along with sign in sheets of who was in attendance.
