Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as three outlets (outlet used for drinking) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 company retest all 3 faucets and will provide LPA an update after receiving new results. Facility currently uses the 3 faucets for hand washing only, and is using filtered water from home and water bottles for drinking. POC is cleared by visit.
