(a)The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (2)To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Per Director, all Lysol spray cans will be removed from the classrooms and teachers will continue to use clorox wipes to disinfect the tables. LPA observed the removal of all Lysol spray cans from the classrooms by the director. Based on interviews, the licensee did not ensure that children in care were not exposed to toxic substances based on C4 claim that they were seated at the table while teachers sprayed the table with Lysol which poses a potential Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care. 8
