Based on record review 1 LPA observed drinking fountains to be covered and padlocked inaccessible to children. Per Site Director, drinking water comes from the kitchen faucet which did not test for lead exceedance. POC cleared at time of visit. and observations, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as Classroom #5: Drinking Fountain- F (23 ppb), Classroom #7: Drinking Fountain- H (9 ppb), Classroom #8: Drinking Fountain- I (11 ppb) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.

Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
