Based on record review 1 Per Staff, the facility does not use Drinking Fountain B and D which was removed and capped. Drinking water comes from the faucet which did not test for lead exceedance. POC cleared at time of site visit. and observations, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as Drinking Fountain- B (6 ppb) and Drinking Fountain- D (6 ppb) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.
Based on observations and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Classroom/Portable #1: Drinking Fountain- B (6 ppb) – Classroom/Portable #2: Drinking Fountain- D (6 ppb) –LPA observed drinking fountain was removed and capped.
