(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. 1 During visit LPA confirmed Lead results were posted. DIrector plans to flush and replace all faucets before retesting. Director must receive district's approval to complete retesting during schoo'ls winter break 12/19/22-01/09/23. Director will submit new test results to LPA on 01/17/2023. This requirement is not met evidenced by record review of the lab report analysis from Outlet A, B, C, E, F and K taken on 08/23/2022, indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8
