CCC replaced the 1(one) outlet that had exceeded levels and resampled the outlet and the results were at or below the Action Level
Based on record review and interviews conducted, Center did not comply with the deficiency cited above as a child was left unattended for 30 minutes which poses a potential risk to the health, safety and or personal rights of children in care.
