This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Director had the plumber come and fix the problem and had the Remediation team come and dry the water from the floors. Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in the bathroom toilet was backed up and did not flush in the Hummingbird room. 8
