Based on observation, interview, and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by ensuring the facility did not exceed the accetptable amount of lead allowed in a child care facility which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Staff member indicated the sink in school age 1 classroom is occassionally used to refill the children's water bottles.
Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by ensuring all staff have visual supervision of children at all times which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observered in two separate classroom a child used the restroom and staff did not have visual supervision of the child.
