Center director will submit the items reviewed and the sign in sheet of all the staff who attended the meeting. Based on interviews conducted Staff S1, wrapped their arms around a child in an attempt to calm them down. Based on interview and record review, Last drill was a fire drill condcuted on 09/08/2022. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review, Two children C2 and C3 were missing the admissions agreement. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Staff inappropriately handled child in care
