The licensee shall ensure that a separate, complete and current record for each child is maintained in the child care center. This requirement is not met as evidenced during record review, LPA did not observe all of the required documents in any child's record. 1 Director agreed to obtain all of the required documents for each child before March 25, 2022. This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8
