Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as snack menus have not been shared with parents since 10/2025 after changing communication software. A written menu for the following week is usually kept in the facility's kitchen on a dry-erase whiteboard, but it was not filled in during today's inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
