LPA received disclosure that the playground was not cleaned of 1 Director informed LPA that Staff #4 conducts a daily inspection and/or cleaning if needed. Directorand Assistant Director are back up in case staff #4 is unavalialble. animal feces before use. This is a potential risk to children in care.
LPA observed deteriorated splintered wood along a column near the near the 1 Director Schlatter indicated she will have maintenance make repairs to the wood and paint and/or stucco. playground entrance and along a small wall (surrounding the "rubber chip" cushioning). LPA also observed small areas of chipped paint and/or stucco on a wall on the outdoor playground and chipped paint in class eight (8) and nine (9). This poses a potential risk to children in care.
