PERSONAL RIGHTS: The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. Director stated that animal feces have 1 Site Supervisor agreed to have staff clean up the animal feces located on the outdoor play area and cover playground sand with mesh covering at the end of the day. A daily staff inspection log will be submitted to LPA/CCLD Fresno by 11/20/2023. been an ongoing problem due to neighboring apartment complex. This is a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children. 8
Buildings and Grounds: The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. Site Supervisor stated building maintenance is in the process of making repairs. 1 Per Site Supervisor ShauDrelle Woods, the deficiencies will be corrected and repairs will be completed by 11/17/2023. Proof of correction will be submitted to Community Care Licensing (CCL) or LPA by 11/17/2023. Request for additional two weeks will be submitted in writing to CCL/LPA. This is a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children. 8
